  • Fistral beach Newquay (smart parking)

We went down to Fistral Beach to check the water. Engine is running and one of us just went to check ifbits high or low tide. Reset the satnav and drove off.
Week later receive the charge £60.00 if paid within 14days and 100 if not. All three of us three cars, so that means 120.
    Its really unjust and annoying.
There is no huge clear or warning sign for their rules.
    Help please.

    Hi Nomorenewquay, welcome to LB.

It can take well over 4 mins just to drive out of Fistral Beach car park.
