Fist time on here so not sure how it works .Well 4 years ago I gave my son £8000 to keep for me long term to pay for my funeral etc .Six months ago we had a fall out and have not spoken since though have text him asking to pay me back but he does not reply .There was no sort of contract as didn't think it would ever come to this 😞 Would appreciate any advise as to getting the money back thank you .
