  • Small claim fees

I am acting as litigation friend for the claimant(my mum had a cold caller do some garden work for approx £100 worth then took goods from the garage worth £4-6000)in a small claim which the defendant has issued a defence. I have received an n149 allocation to small claim track which has asked me to complete an n180 directions questionnaire. When I return the questionnaire do I have to include the hearing fee? In the leaflet ex50 section F general fees it explains the allocation fee for small claims is zero cost and the hearing cost is £335.
