    Default ccj repayment
i received a ccj a year ago and went to court to agree a payment schedule. the total amount was £17642. i paid £5K then and agreed to pay £5K per year with the help of my mum as i have little spare income.
relationships have broken down with my mother and I am now in a position where I am only able to pay £2K.
I am unsure about how to try to re-negotiate the payment schedule or if it is likely to be agreed. we have a charging order on our home.
    any advice greatly appreciated
