Currently fighting a issue with lowell Solicitors over a bet which is not mine. I have already spoken to several companies about this issue
when they have wrote and provide evidence to prove its not me they are after and all have said they will remove my name. But now it has gone to lowell solicitors who have gone to northampton bulk centre for a CCJ against me. I spoke to the company only to be told that they could not stop what was happening and I would have send the defence form through to the court. Is there anything else I can do get these people to stop and understand its not my debt.
