Costs for an unless order

Is it acceptable to include a breakdown of your costs when applying for an unless order without a hearing :-)

Yes but should normally only relate to the costs of and incidental to the application

Thanks joanna,so that would be the actual court fee and postage,would incedentals cover preparation of documents and time spent researching procedure etc?

Yes- the court may not allow it as it is discretionary but if you don't ask you definitely won't get it ......
