It will be the last known address where the CCJ was served, on your credit file it will show your linked addresses too, I think for the last 8 years.

CCJs are registered against the address where you were living at the time of the judgment (assuming that's the address the court sent the claim form to).

If you have an association with that address it will show as a Linked Address on your CRA file indefinitely as long as you continue to have an association with it. Otherwise it'll be showing as linked for six years after the link was created under ICO guidelines.

The CCJ entry will only stay on your CRA file for six years regardless of your address history.

I'm not sure I completely understand your questions but I'll give it a go

What do you mean by your "alias name" ? Do/did you have credit in your maiden/married/divorced name or do you have an 'assumed' name or a named changed by Deed Poll etc?

Are you aware of CCJs that you have already got, but simply want to know if they are/would be showing on your CRA file?

Or are you wanting to know whether any CCJs have been obtained against you which you don't know about?

If it's the latter then you need to login to Trust Online and search by each name at each of the addresses. That way you'll know what CCJs have been made in the last six years.

You can do that here (there's a fee to pay for each address and/or name searched) >

                Hello Kitty
On electoral roll or not does not affect a CCJ.

To get a proper idea on CCJ's you should check the Registry Trust ( TRUST ONLINE) it hold records of all judgments you must check all your previous addresses and there is a small fee for each address searched.

Any CCJ has been removed from public records but the judgment was made and stands.
I think you should check the trust if a CCJ appears on your credit files after 6 years something is wrong.
