what a shambles that lot are = keep ringing stating we will be around for a quote on xxxxxxxx and never turn up - then keep ringing with possible offers, and keep telling them they rang 2 weeks ago and go away , they say no I did not oh! yes you did - I put the phone down on them now. and their very special deal if they can come around - sick joke company.

They are a member of GGF - https://www.myglazing.com/

          https://www.myglazing.com/why-use-ggf/

          https://www.myglazing.com/advice/resolving-a-dispute/

          However
This is a low-cost arbitration scheme where the consumer pays just £100 + VAT to take their complaint to TGAS.
So I'd look at trading standards or formal complaint with potential court action for specific performance.

First though as communication seems to be an issue I have tweeted them a link to this thread, so hopefully they'll get in touch (of course they won#t know who you are so I might PM you for your cust reference details if they do reply )

Re: Unfinished work by Safestyle uk

I've just checked this out and it costs £100 plus to use the arbitration service! so its not for my expenses for the phone calls and heating bills is enough.
                thanks anyway.

From my reading, GGF conciliation is free.
                    TGAS arbitration costs £100.
                    Could be wrong, though!
