I have an old debt which I pay £17 per month to NCO Resolve, there is around £1700 still outstanding, I have been paying for the past 13 years!
Just lately they keep sending emails and letters asking me to provide income and expenditure which I have ignored, they are now getting a little pushy saying the debt will not be able to stay with the 'resolve dept' if I fail to give them the info they require, correct me if I am wrong but I thought only a court can force me to fill in forms relating to my financial affairs?

    Good evening,

    You are correct.
    Has court action been mentioned?
You have paid £2652 over 13 years what was the original amount?

What is the origin of the debt, credit card, loan, HP finance? Who was the original creditor?

Hi Nem, no court action has been mentioned, the original amount was around £4200 for a credit card, I believe it was citibank card.
I did send a cca request about 4 years ago and got sent a copy of the agreement albeit a very bad copy (hardly readable!).
Just wondered if there is anything they can do to force me to give them the info they want.

Without having a CCJ in place they cannot really do much at all but will no doubt make pester you constantly even this can be limited as it could amount to harassment.
