Capquest have just sent me a letter telling me that they taken a debt over from arrow global Guernsey ltd. who were changing a debt from 2010. Help

I had a letter from Capquest informing that all payments must be made directly to them as they have taken a debt over from arrow global.

Capquest is part of Arrow Global group, like to give more info on the alledged debt i.e. from what how long and info you can give us:- do not give personal info i..e name etc

I think it's from a credit card that I defaulted on the 4/2011 it was for £5000 but Capquest say I owe them £5416.73. Capquest do not state what the debt is for just that they taken it over 6/4/16 and I have to pay them directly and give a ref number.

Put a CCA request in to Capquest ASAP - there are threads in the Forum with sample letters for this. You will need to pay £1 for this (postal order usually).
