I am wondering if someone can help with suggestions please

My Date of default 13/09/2010 which is showing on my credit file MKDP LLP

Today I have received a letter stating Robinson Way are collecting on behalf of HPH2 Ltd, has MKDP LLP assigned all of its respective rights, title and interest in respect of (Ex Nationwide) debt.

I am unsure where to start or what to do.

Any advice welcome

I will give this a bump for you and one of the clever chaps will take a look when they get a chance. In the meantime gather together or make a list of all the facts – details of the original debt (owed to, how much, type of credit) and as much of the subsequent correspondence you can remember or lay your hands on. Oh and try not to fret! Px

Yes HPH2 and Robinson Way are part of the same group and MKDP Compello Group out of the picture.

I would send RW a CCA request but watch for dirty tricks such as crediting the £1 fee to the debt, mark the Postal Order For the Fee " " For Statutory Fee Only " on Both Sides copy it and keep for your records.

There's a template for the request in the green box above. Add to the template: Take Note: The enclosed fee of £1.00 is for the Statutory Fee For This Request and is not in any way a payment towards the alleged debt and if it is not required is must be returned to me.

Let's see what they have!!

Hoist acquired Compello (which included the MK mob) July 2015.

I'm not sure of C's status - still shown as 'active' at Co Hse, but accounts overdue (March 2016).

Same situation with MK mob.

If the calls are getting to a level that is disturbing you can insist that you are only in writing no calls/text/ e-mails.

Hoist Portfolio Holding 2 Limited is on my credit file from 3rd of August 2015 its showing as defaulted and i habent paid any of it of but im certain im paying £20 a month off, what should i do? many thanks
