    This is the Cambridgeshire case I was waiting for.....all I can say is no social worker was named so pfffft. The psychologist was(paid bint that she was )

      This reads really badly, like the poor kids had a chance if proper support was carried on by the social services, and with what happened to them, its clear they would need help and counseling properly until adulthood ( maybe 21 ). and why did they go against the recommendation to not place them together ??

      What really makes my blood boil is everyone will get the blame, but no one will look at the management decisions to cut staff time and wages that leads to social services departments being understaffed, or staffed by just qualified workers having to make these dissensions.
      crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even

        And the government have by definition, stated that they are all crap but consulting on changes to the way that they are trained....

        I personally think that what they were saying is that although the intention was good on the part of the adoptive parents that one of the children should never have stayed with them due to the issues that his childhood brought with him.
