  • More CWD harassment!!!

    Hi,
New on here so will get to the point straight away.
Just received letter from Coyle et al stating I have 21 days to pay debts to FGB in UAE or risk incurring costs from them as they act for their ME clients. The debt is credit card and loan and I left UAE almost 5 months ago.
I am not a UK citizen and I don't even live there and never have!
I am Irish and the address on the letter is in Dublin.
I currently live in Italy and have property there.......should I be worried??
Hope to hear something on this!
Thanks and good luck to all those dealing with these low lifes (UK and UAE!!!)

CWD are very difficult to shake off, they do attempt to get judgements in EU countries and then seek European Enforcement Order so they can get judgements enforced in other countries obviously the includes the Irish Republic.
This kind of thing crops up from time to time, the advice has mainly been to ignore them but CWD is very unpredictable especially if the debt is large.

      Cheers for the info Nemesis.
Yeah, I though I would probably ignore unless it was unwise to do so (Court order etc)
Any advice on protecting assets from these people (property etc.)?

Where is your property? UK? Ireland? Italy? Dubai?

          Hi FP,

          It is in Italy.
I have no property in my country Ireland.
The bank just had an address in Dublin for me.
