  • Company changed fron CIC to Ltd after Judgement.

I won my case against my former employer for wrongfull dismissal and straight after they changed name from CIC to LTD.
Now my HCIO say's they can't act against the company due to the change of name and now I don't know how to proceed.
It's still the same people that own it.

I have been told that I have to get the name changed on the jugment for them to act but I don't know how to have this done. Is there anyone that could advise me?

I dont know if this is the right place to posted this question, feel free to move this to the relavent section.

    Thanks!
    Miki

Re: Company changed fron CIC to Ltd after Judgement.

As i understand it, a community interest company is still a ltd company

is the company you took to court still trading as that company but using their ltd company instead and still trading using the same books and no transfer of assets or anything like that, ie a smokescreen hoping you will not pursue,

OR has there been a completly different ltd company set up and all assets they may of owned been transferred over to the new company.
if its the first one then crack on get it enforced, if its the second and you never worked for the new company you will struggle.

companycheck.co.uk is probably the best site to find out ltd companies state of play and its free
None of the beliefs held by "Freemen on the land" have ever been supported by any judgments or verdicts in any criminal or civil court cases
