  • Arrow Global default date.

Hi all.I think quite a few of you that has helped me over the last few months are aware of my issue with Arrow global and the fact that they want to apply to have a ccj against me set aside.what I want to know is this.Is the last payment date the default date? Or is the date of the default notice allegedly sent the default date? Also how long has a creditor got to send a default notice out after the last payment date? The last payment date was 9th march 2004 and AG claim the default notice was sent out in august 2006.the alleged debt was a catalouge debt.I would appreciate your advice.many thanks.WG
