  • probate uk ireland

    hi
My father recently passed away. He was Irish, lived in the UK and died in England. All his UK assets are joint with my mother (house, bank accounts). He had land in Ireland in his name only. He made a will in Ireland leaving everything to my mother (his wife) and naming me as executor. He had no debts.
    My questions are.
A: Do I need to obtain probate in the UK first before Ireland.
B: do I need to obtain probate in the UK at all.
C: would I need the will resealed to be accepted in the UK.
I would be grateful for any advice thanks.
