  • Mortgage Express Have You A Problem Discuss Here

Far too often it seems Mortgage Express have been riding roughshod over the Landlords, the landlords are sometimes frowned upon, but please remember this group of people are'nt always as bad as some may paint them,a lot of them obtain properties for their pensions and some tennents make it hard work for them to survive, the tennents non payment can effect the landlord just the same as non payments effect any bussiness,
its been found that Mortgage Express are a very aggressive company and before the landlord knows it the Mortgage Express have put the landlords properties into receivership, why is this so it is usually because the landlord has signed a POWER OF ATTONEY ,but looking at these supplied by (MEX) the POA looks very unfammilliar and is doubtful they are legitimate documents as they do not bear any resemblance to some i have seen...so this thread is for those who are suffering under the terms and conditions that are thrust upon them by mortgage express...any comments would be welcome

Re: Mortgage Express Have You A Problem Discuss Here

    Hello,

I own a flat and have a MX interest only loan. I am currently in litigation with the mortgage broker and conveyancing solicitor for alleged mortgage fraud. My complaint to MX regarding the negligent way the online mortgage application (filled in by the mortgage broker) because it had pages 1-9 and then page 25 - my signature page. Mortgage Express. I'm seeking information on any other instances of MX incompetence, that will strengthen my case.

I should add that my claim is now being joined by other individual flat owners from the same block. I'd also like to say that when the SRA advised me to go and report my claim to GMP I wasn't taken seriously! Once my claim is settled I think perhaps they may feel slightly foolish!

I hope this message receives answers!
