    Hi

    I have secured loan with Together which was taken out in Aug 2013 and is due to end next year. I have made all payments in full and on time and have had no contact from the company other than a statement last year. I received a letter from them today informing me that my monthly payments will not pay off the mortgage. They give the possible reasons being;
    *If you have a preferred payment date in place, you may have accrued additional interest.
    *If you have had late or missed payments, you may have accrued additional interest and an arrears charge.
    *Alternatively you may have had an administration or insurance charge applied to your account.

    The payment date was agreed at the outset so there shouldn't be an issue there. I haven't missed or had any late payments. They did insist that I had household insurance in place which was sent to them at the outset of the loan so I am at a loss about what the issue is. I will call them but would appreciate any advice or guidance in how to deal with them so as not to accrue further charges etc.

    Many thanks
