Seems to be that some companies are accepting business ( like investments/pension transfers etc) from authorised reps/introducers without actually doing due diligence on exactly how the auth rep/introducers obtained the business, and so it's a warning that some of the AR's/introducers might be dodgy and the principal company would be in the firing line if so, so should do more checking. ( I think )
