  • CCJ and Final Charging Order from Restons/Cabot

Hi all, hope you can help with this situation, don't know how to proceed next, a credit card debt from capital one/ cabot for £1795, restons solicitors took me to court and i put in a cca request and sometime later they came up with the original form that i filled in when i applied for the credit card , so it went back to court and they ordered me to pay off £40 month which i have been paying for a few months now, then yesterday i got a letter from county court money claim online saying a final charging order has been made, i had no idea that restons was applying for a charging order on our house i had not been made aware of this and this is the first time i heard of it, i have been paying them back monthly so i don't understand why they did this, am i right in thinking that they might be trying to force me to sell my house, dont know what to do next really worried that they might force me to sell, is there any way i can stop this before it happens, should i try and pay it off quicker do you think. Any help would really be appreciated, Thank You
