My wife has done ppi The Tsb was the bank they didn't find any but they did in another She had signed a forme letting them investigate They have sent forms for her to sign for the new claim She does not want to use them they say she will be due them £500 plus vat can they do this I say it's a new claim and she must have a cool off period Can anyone help
